The Issue Submission menu can be used to initiate a remote assistance session with an IT@Sam technician. Remote assistance will allow a technician to connect to your computer and see what you see. The technician will then be able to correct the problem quicker and more efficiently. If you prefer, you may call the IT@Sam Service Desk at x4-1950.
- Due to Spring Break, the Service Desk will operate on a modified schedule. The Service Desk will be open from 8:00am until 5:00pm starting Monday, March 10 through Thursday, March 13 and will be closed Friday, March 14. Normal operating hours will resume on Monday, March 17 at 7:30 am.
