The Issue Submission menu can be used to initiate a remote assistance session with an IT@Sam technician. Remote assistance will allow a technician to connect to your computer and see what you see. The technician will then be able to correct the problem quicker and more efficiently.

If you prefer, you may call the IT@Sam Service Desk at x4-1950.

Important Messages

  • The Service Desk will have modified operating hours during the interim between spring and summer 1 semesters.  We will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm beginning Friday, May 8th through Monday, June 1st.  Normal hours of operation will resume starting Tuesday, June 2nd.

  • The Service Desk (main campus and The Woodlands Center) will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. We will resume our interim hours of operation on Tuesday, May 26, at 8:00 am.
