Support Portal

The Issue Submission menu can be used to initiate a remote assistance session with an IT@Sam technician. Remote assistance will allow a technician to connect to your computer and see what you see. The technician will then be able to correct the problem quicker and more efficiently.

If you prefer, you may call the IT@Sam Service Desk at x4-1950.

Important Messages

  • During the Winter Break the Service Desk will be open on the following dates:

    December 9 - December 22
    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    December 23 - December 31
    Offices will be closed

    January 3 - January 11
    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    We will return to our normal hours of operation January 12th Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm and Friday 7:30am-5pm.
