The Issue Submission menu can be used to initiate a remote assistance session with an IT@Sam technician. Remote assistance will allow a technician to connect to your computer and see what you see. The technician will then be able to correct the problem quicker and more efficiently.

If you prefer, you may call the IT@Sam Service Desk at x4-1950.

Important Messages

  • DUO enrollment required after May 18, 2022!!! Don't wait until the last minute and enroll at http://duo.shsu.edu
  • During the summer interim period May 12th – May 31st, the Service Desks hours of operation will be 8 AM -5 PM Monday-Friday.

    The Service Desk will be closed Monday, May 30th in observation of Memorial Day.
  • Blackboard will be unavailable starting May 21, 2022, as it upgrades to Ultra Base Navigation. Availability resumes no later than May 23, 2022, at 8am.
