The Issue Submission menu can be used to initiate a remote assistance session with an IT@Sam technician. Remote assistance will allow a technician to connect to your computer and see what you see. The technician will then be able to correct the problem quicker and more efficiently.

If you prefer, you may call the IT@Sam Service Desk at x4-1950.

Important Messages

  • The Service Desk will have modified operating hours during the interim between summer 2 and fall semesters. We will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm beginning Friday, August 7 through Friday, August 21. Normal hours of operation will resume starting Monday, August 24. 
     
    Please reference the computer labs website for the modified labs schedule.
